Salmon is such a healthy option and what makes it more delicious than Basil Butter made from your garden? This recipe creates a fresh, healthy, melt in your mouth salmon that will make you wonder why you waited so long to try it!

Ingredients:

Salmon fillet

Parchment paper

Aluminum foil

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375. Place a square of foil on a cookie sheet. Place a smaller square of parchment paper on top of the foil in the center. Place salmon fillet on top of the parchment and then add Basil Butter (approximately 1-2 teaspoons) spread on top of the salmon.

Fold up the long edges of the foil, and then curl up the ends to make a packet. Cook for 10-16 minutes depending on the size of your fillet or until the internal temperature of the salmon reaches 135.

Unfold the foil packet being careful to avoid the steam. Serve hot.
